Garden Manoeuvres

As it was sunny, Tamsin was at home, and it was Sunday all meant one thing – work in the Garden! eeek!

We used to have a shed at the North end of the garden.

In true Egyptian manner (using square fence posts) it magically teleported to the south end.  End some more of the fence got painted by the mates rates residence fence painters.

Prep Work for Sofa Bed

To keep the momentum going – we have started to clear out some of the conservatory so the Sofa Bed will fit in.

Don’t ask about all the other stuff scattered everywhere!

More Activity

The room at the back of our house – most people call it a conservatory I do believe.  For the last few months it has been mostly a storage facility.  Fortunately most of the items have now been relocated to HMS Ricer (that is of course “Huge Mega Shed” – “Roche International Commune for Elderly Relatives”.

Anyway – almost looks like a conservatory again.  Apparently we have a dresser in it – who knew!

The ongoing up/down/will it fall down fence saga takes a new turn.  It’s definitely moved to a “done gone” stage.  Maybe actual cement on the new posts will keep them in place?

General Progress

With the sun in the right place, (ie its the morning!) have updated the outside shot.

The fence company have been back to at least start on making everything upright.  Water and electric have been plumbed in , though the electric is waiting on a meter, and final cabling inside.

Isolation Ward 10

In an effort to help the “Elderly Relatives”, their TV has been placed in the isolation ward at the bottom of the garden.

We even added a temporary TV aerial to pick up some channels.  Best reception however is on a box stood over the sink.  Well it is Cornwall after all.
